Donations

When you make a donation through TesterDonate, you are contributing to the Campaign whose page you are on — not to TesterDonate. Donations are processed in a single transaction, in full, from your own funds. By donating you confirm any eligibility attestations shown on the form (for example, citizenship/residency and that the funds are your own and not reimbursed or directed by anyone else).

Eligibility and contribution limits

Political contributions are subject to legal limits and eligibility rules under applicable elections law. You are responsible for ensuring your contribution complies with those rules. The Campaign may refund or return contributions that exceed limits or are otherwise ineligible.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the Campaign you donated to. Where a contribution is refunded, the full amount (including any amount you added to cover processing fees) is returned through the original payment method.

Recurring donations

If you set up a monthly donation, you authorise the Campaign to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you pause or cancel it. You can manage, pause, or cancel recurring donations any time from your account.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform to commit fraud, evade contribution limits, submit false information, or disrupt the service. We may suspend access for violations.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is operated by testerdigital and provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, testerdigital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or relating to the Platform. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
