Where does the money go?
Straight to your campaign’s own Stripe account. We never hold or touch funds — our 0.99% is collected automatically per transaction as a platform fee.
We already have a Stripe account. Can we use it?
Yes — connecting it takes about a minute. If you don’t have one, we walk you through creating it during onboarding.
Is this actually a Canadian company?
Yes. testerdonate is built and run in Ottawa by testerdigital, donor and donation records are stored on infrastructure in Canada, and money settles in Canadian dollars to your own Canadian Stripe account. There is no American parent and no currency conversion anywhere in the chain.
Do we need a developer to launch?
No. Your first page is set up with us on a call, your domain is pointed with one DNS record, and everything after that — pages, events, variants, exports — runs from an admin console built for volunteers, not engineers.
Can we try before committing?
The live demo runs the full donor experience in test mode right now, and onboarding starts with a sandbox tour of the admin console.
What if we leave?
No contract means exactly that. Your donor data exports to CSV in full, your Stripe account (and every saved card relationship in it) is yours, and your domain points wherever you choose.
